Make relation between Packit and Testing Farm more clear

One set of questions we often get is related to Testing Farm: how Packit and Testing Farm are tied together. On top of that, users sometimes ask questions specific to the FMF format, test structure, best practices and tmt. We have @FrNecas on our team that often answers these. Sometimes we need to ask the Testing Farm team for replies.

[ ] describe the relationship between Packit and TF
[ ] describe the flow of data and who owns what
[ ] point to best practices for organizing tests and running them in Testing Farm
[ ] link to TF's status page, their documentation, landing page and the way to reach the team
