I am not familiar with what variables are needed for koji builds to eventually connect to Fedora-CI. Also something I haven't got around is how/if we should make use of pre-installed containers for these plans, maybe controlled via a context variable.

Other than that, I would like to migrate the current rpmdeplint plan to be more compact in a beakerlib script.
