Goal: create a smooth and precise driving experience with mecanum

Tasks:

[x] open loop wheel speeds
[x] closed loop wheel speeds
[x] gyro heading hold
[ ] gyro closed loop rotation
[ ] input scaling
[x] moveBy command (odometery wheels?)
