Construct Elevator (Subteam Training) #159

@FRC-1294/mechanics works with @FRC-1294/electronics to construct the ttb elevator

Either manually drill holes in tubing (practice it!) or use the CNC. For any custom gussets, use the CNC

Waiting on tubing to be bought and arrive, goal is to begin construction 12/6
