Motor Constants for Intake

In the Intake Subsystem in our competition code, we rely on the use of multiple motor constants.

These constants are:

• The Spark ID of the Intake Motor
• If the Intake Motor is Inverted/Needs to be reversed in code
• The Smart Current Limit of the motor
• A safe yet fast max motor speed

These constants will be found once the intake is built.

Now we need to find smart current limits and update based on inner and outer intake
