[Enhancement] Add "continue" option to the command line #46

When using the GUI you can choose to continue when there are errors, as far as I know this isn't possible on the command line version. It would be useful to have this feature available on the command line as well, for situations (e.g. dedicated server) where a GUI might not be available.
