Add force update mmcpack argument #47

I suggest adding an argument to always force an update of mmcpack. Maybe it could be "-f".

What would this do? packwiz-installer always updates to newer versions, it doesn't ask the user first.

I meant that this selection menu would not appear, and immediately update the versions
