Implement clone-build workflow #14

For people who want immediate integration and testing a workflow should be set up for shallow cloning and building. This shouldn't require any manual intervention and clones should be auto-updated before each build.

Partial implementation for this exists. Need to think about how relevant this still is. Can be done manually via build.nb
