There is now a pre-compiled binary for Ubuntu on the github repo's releases page. There is also a release on dev branch of their Github Actions apparently.

Pacstall could just pull that, pack it, and install it on Ubuntu-based systems, maybe Debian-based systems as well? It only requires android-tools, qt5-multimedia, qt5-x11extras according to the AUR page.
