Building guide

I'll copy firefox-bin pacscript and change it into thunderbird-bin. For ESR, I'll add it on next request which called thunderbird-esr-bin. I'll create new commit on my forks.

Cause I am now taking the rest and have issues for my health, I'll working on it in free time I had.

For ESR builds (thunderbird-esr-bin), it will be working on it after main release had been merged. So don't close the request until both of them are merged.
