add: `dremio-bin` #6688

Since there is no official way to install this open source software in Ubuntu, I thought I could contribute.

The script is mostly inspired from the docker and android studio ones.

CI seems to be failing due to systemd being installed by a child dependency. @lucafabbian if you can confirm all is well and it functions as intended by running:

pacstall -Qa dremio-bin#6688

Then I can approve it for merge.
