Add `--no-color` option to `pact_verifier_cli` #203

Hi, when running pact_verifier_cli in jenkins, it would be very nice to have the option to disable color output for cases when the console logs are not shown in color - it makes it a lot harder to understand the output when you need to sift through the color codes.
