Setting tag now only reads redirect URL of latest release
- curl will not follow redirect URL, only print the URL and nothing else
Using filename for the archive filename reduces redundancy
- Writing the same string more than once is unnecessary, and often results in typos when doing changes in script
Simpler os check with uname -sm, runs with macos and GNU
- I have tested this with both the macos and GNU version of uname -sm which works perfectly
