Align dependency versions in maven pom #67

au.com.dius.pact:consumer depends on au.com.dius.pact:model, but both depend on different versions of other libraries. This gives errors when I use the maven-enforcer plugin. Please align your dependency versions so all pact libraries rely on the same versions.
