Link to bi-directional contract example is invalid #46

Bi-directional pact example link at postman provider doc is a 404 page.

Thanks @B3nnyL, have made an issue to add a CI pipeline, and update the links to the testdemo pactflow broker 👍🏾

Have completed the GH pipeline for the example-consumer and example-provider-postman and updated the link in this commit

note it doesn't use latest, as there isn't a contract tagged with latest on the provider side see here
