[Feature request] Deploy pacti on conda-forge #346

Desired feature

Add a conda recipe and open a feedstock to deploy pacti as a conda package on conda-forge.

@elac-safran, many thanks for the suggestion! Could you please say a little more about the benefits of doing this to conda users? Currently, we have one package export to PyPi. Can conda users install Pacti using pip pacti? If so, how would it benefit users if Pacti were also available as a conda recipe?
