What `archetypes` stands for? #4

What is the meaning of archetypes? can we move it into content sub-folder?

What is the meaning of archetypes? can we move it into content sub-folder?

This folder holds templates for hugo front matter (pages meta data). We can't move it, because it is convention in hugo.
