First meeting took place Aug 23rd.

Here are my top of mind call notes

Zingo indexer has the potential of replacing zebra indexer and let zebra be a consensus node project
for this the grant has to be edited to reflect scope and architecture design to the wider community
ZF has to agree to work with Zingo on this
Zingo-indexer will focus on RPC that serves light clients first but with zcashd deprecation in mind
this will off-load engineering teams to take on other super important tasks as defining and implementing an export format for zcash wallets (full node and light) to unblock zcashd wallet depreciation
while there are many unknowns, the initial work is defined well enough so that Zingo can restructure this grant as a “first of” a series of grants structured as pay-as-delivered

Several meetings and brainstorming with Zingo and other core devs lead to this designed which is in the process of being signed off.
