Review possible RFP for `zcash_address` port to swift, kotlin/java, js #105

In order to get wide adoption of the various Zcash address types, partners have expressed the need for libraries that support them

the zcash_address crate of librustzcash provides several functionalities that need to be ported to languages like Swift, Java/Kotlin and javascript.

ZWCD could implement those but the amount of work could be too much for one person.

ZWCD will assess what tasks should be carried on to do this ports.
