[Office Hours] Darksidewalletd tests fixes in Swift SDK #145

I was reported that there was an issue with the Zcash Payment URI test.

https://github.com/Electric-Coin-Company/zcash-swift-wallet-sdk/pull/1456 This fixes that error but there are other issues that need to be taken care of but would take considerable time to research and develop the fix
