Add clarification for different Vuepress versions #8

I'm adding Vuepress 2 support, but with Vuepress 2 still being in beta I don't want to drop support for Vuepress 1 right away. We therefore will keep both versions side-by-side, but living in different branches. I'd like to show a note regarding the two versions.
