problem on 4g lte speed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. tried NDIS, tried put the modem 1.8m away from the n56u
2. tried using different DNS and device, same
3. plug directly to Lan, same 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
speed should hit 15mbps on LTE(on my TP-Link 3420), but at n56u only hit 2mbps 
and 0.1 upload, very slow

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.3.8-080, smart phone and win 7 desktop laptop all the same issue

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!
