Feature request: WAN: IPoE: Dual static IP address + subnet mask + default gateway #1445

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Migrating from one static IP to another static IP.

What is the expected output?
Dual WAN IP Setting = Dual IP Address, Dual Subnet Mask and Dual Default 
Gateway.

Wish to configure both old and new static IP on the RT-N56U. Then change 
external DNS services to point to the new static IP. After DNS TTL times out, 
the old IP can be removed from the RT-N56U.

What do you see instead?
Only one set of WAN IP settings.

What version of the product are you using?
3.0.3.7-079 nano - Uptime:  325d 04h 06m
3.4.3.9-091 nano
