Do you plan to adapt the plugin under windows?

@webtotma no, I haven't got such plans. I even not sure if it works or not with windows. However you are welcome to adapt it for windows if you have time, I can help with PR or so. You can also try https://github.com/erichard/SublimePHPCompanion
