I get Error occured, code: 139 #26

Hi, after I run the command below :PadawanGenerateIndex I get error this error: Progress [=================== ] 98% Error occured, code: 139 Press ENTER or type command to continue

Please, can you figure out what is the problem?

@al-ani from the command line run: padawan generate and paste here last 20-30 lines of output

@mkusher, I got bash: padawan: command not found
