Default setting for Camel routes defined in grails-app/routes/ should be to load after grails has started #14

Race condition with GORM documented at http://padcom13.blogspot.com/2011/07/grails-routing-plugin-and-gorm.html should be fixed by the routing plugin. If this is likely to introduce unexpected behaviour for people who want Camel started ASAP, there should be a config option to disable this.

Will not fix. This is the only time it's been brought up so it is assumed it hits more users.
