Updated plugin to grails 4 #56

Missing portion in the build process is around the code/tasks for publishing the plugin.

@vishnuaggarwal23 This plugin has not been maintained for a very long time. However it seems like you've put a lot of work into making it work with Grails 4. Would you like to take over the maintenance of this plugin?
