小插件和设置问题 #160

1.为什么小插件放上去的时候可以启用/禁用GAE连接，可是重��
�之后就失效了呢？
2.“注意事项”中说：建议不要启用 “使用SOCKS代理”选项
“手动设置”中说：其他用户请选择“使用SOCKS代理”选项
实际使用证明不启用这个选项将无法实现代理，所以不明白��
�启用SOCKS代理的用意。
