Make note body field smaller #14

Make Note Body much smaller so that the bottom of the screen “Create Course Participant” shows on a smaller screen. BTW What size screen are you testing on? It would be nice to have it work on a laptop so coach can use it in the field.

I’ve made the note field smaller across the application, however there’s no good way to ensure that you will never have to scroll down.
