JS error for desktop extension

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Update to (stable) build 20.0.1132.47
2.Enable extension if not already enabled.
3.Open JS console (Ctrl + Shift + J).
4.Visit any web page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: no error
Actual:
Port error: Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist. 
(miscellaneous_bindings:232)
chromeHidden.Port.dispatchOnDisconnect (miscellaneous_bindings:232)

Please provide any additional information below.
I haven't checked this on a different machine, so it may be the network I am 
using but I doubt it, seeing as this started showing up after I updated.

Same error here. 

Chrome to Phone v. 2.3.1, but can't find the build number. 

Chrome version 20.0.1132.47 m
