What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect at the very least a dialog to show up asking if I accept the intent.

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ?
Yes.
Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?
I think so, don't really use Talk at all. Facebook and Gmail push seems to work
though.
