[Skillful Progression] Expose config #3

Lovely mod idea, especially displaying long shot distances 🏹 🎯

Since the mod description is well done and the game's combat system visualizes attack, parry and so on, I don't really need to see an extra notification for that. Would it be feasable for you to enable some amount of player customization?

e.g. a config file with the following options:

Sure, I can look into these. Had another issue mentioning that it can be spammy and should instead accumulate XP over time periods, however I'm rather busy working on another project current so I'm unsure if I can get around to this any time soon. Perhaps after we release.
