TIMELINE. Setup dates before year 0 #239

There're two points :
- making dates before year "0" to look like "100 BC, 200 BC" instead of
"101 BC, 201 BC"
- add a single variable in the setup file to allow language changes in this
cas. For example, allow dates to look like "100 A.V. J.-C." instead of "100
BC", or directly use "- 100" in place of "101 BC"
