Data boxes improperly located when mouse is over an event #377

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Open http://www.simple-widgets.com/timeplot
2.  Place the cursor over any event in the plot
3.  Notice that the data value boxes are all at the far left of the plot.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Data boxes should either be hidden or attached to the events themselves.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser and what
operating system?  IE7.0.5730.13 on Win XP SP3.

Please provide any additional information below.

Yeah, I know it is IE, but it is so close to working!
