I have fixed almost all of the above, except the procurement date which seems to be dynamically fetched.

is there any fix for the procurement date? because we really need it.

No yet. I'm working on it. It's dynamically loaded since it does not appear on the html downloaded by the scraper. I'm going through the site's javascript looking for the dynamic loader.

the procurement date is proving a headache. I will lay it aside and revisit later. I have tried a lot ways but it's always never returned in the response.
