User registration page #9

Registration process is working. You need to set up an email account for the veritza project. We can use https://mandrill.com/ to start with. I used it for the testing locally. If you choose to use it, I'll need the username (email) and password (make sure not to use one of your passwords as you'll need to share it with me) so I can set it up to work with veritza.

Actually, no need to set up a mandrill account. I'm using mine for the production version as well.
