Support for TEMPerHumiV1.0 #124

Hi,

Recently successfully enabled a system using an older sensor.

idVendor 0x0c45 Microdia idProduct 0x7402 TEMPerHUM Temperature & Humidity Sensor iManufacturer 1 RDing iProduct 2 TEMPerHumiV1.0

To make it work, the following update is required to: device_library.py

"TEMPerHumiV1.0": TemperConfig(
    temp_sens_offsets=[2],
    hum_sens_offsets=[4],
    type=TemperType.FM75,
),
