Notes

We can download and read the Zotero library as a csv.
Information we get from reading the csv from Zotero is incomplete
Zotero's csv partially matches the titles in the Master's sheet.

Next Steps

[x] Look into the miss-match from both sources to build a complete table we can work with
[x] Sync Zotero with all publications

Master table is the reference table.
I added the reference info to most of PARC publication
And added the information from Zotero to papers that match between Master and Zotero according to the title (87).
I looked in google scholar for all the titles that are marked as INCOMPLETE. Downloaded All papers and dissertations I could find (Saved in local computer in INCOMPLETE folder)

Next Steps

[x] Check papers that are in Zotero but not in masters (Potential title difference, so that is what they did not match)
[ ] Cross-check references from INCOMPLETE papers with PARC list in Box
[x] Check for other papers in MAster that are not in Zotero and not under INCOMPLETE (again, this might be a title mismatch)
[ ] Upload downloaded papers to Zotero
[ ] Make sure both sources are up to date and sync
[ ] Start a group Zotero?
[ ] Identify papers that have data available somewhere!

New Goals

[x] Make sure there are 197 publications in Zotero. Or, if details are not found, make sure to have a clear table with all the needed information.
[x] Download Zotero csv for analysis
[x] Analyze year of pus, authors, journal, abstract (eg: search word conservation, climate change, palmyra)
[ ] Make sure all PDFs are in the Drive. If not, make sure to clearly show why are they missing.

papers_info_complete color coding

Blue = Zotero and Master Match
Red = Publications that have been recently submitted, we have to check if they have been published yet or not.
Light yellow = Manually matched Zotero and master
Dark yellow and white = Not in Zotero
Bright yellow = in Zotero but not in original master
Green = not found in Google scholar

All publications marked as DOWNLOADED, mean that PDFs are in the INCOMPLETE folder on my local computer. They all need to be uploaded to Zotero and to the Drive
In the Drive, combine all these PDFs with the two that are in the folder Publications not in Zotero
All that is marked as INCOMPLETE means we do not have the PDF version of the publication
Still need to check for those publications that do not mention Palmyra, that might need to be deleted.
K.Lafferty last publication (highlighted in purple) is in Drive (Publications not in Zotero), but not in Zotero.

Next Step

See how to upload PDF to Zotero and add all the missing publications
Then export csv to analyze
Finalize master with all most relevant information (aka delete some columns)

I can upload PDF for Zotero to extract the bibliography, however, this does not work for Ph.D. thesis.

Did a search for palmyra atoll on the web of knowledge and found more than 80 publications that were not on our list. All publications have been added with all the necessary information.
