On an MR/PR, after the merge get the output of the plan/apply in the main branch #218

The current feature of MR/PR message is really useful, explaining what will happen if I merge my code in the trunk.

However, after the merge, there is no feedback to know what has been done or not after the MR. Having something on the MR would be a nice information, complementary to the main UI which show the state of the trunk.
