Added gridstart functionality #6

I have made the following changes:

DESCRIPTION

Added a description as well as updated the imports packages list.

NAMESPACE

Generated a roxygen NAMESPACE with devtools::document()

nls_multstart.R

Added convergence_count as an input parameter for the usual shotgun approach
Removed references to nlsLoop and AICc
Set up starting parameters before model fitting
Changes the way supp_errors works to reduce the amount of code
Set the AIC to beat to Inf, to remove some of the conditionals in the last if()
Added gridstart functionality
Updated the documentation

This is all fantastic. Agree that we are adding complexity but think it is not without merit.
