Add support for slow-work.ko to be inserted before tun.ko #89

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Newer kernels an additional module needs to be loaded before that 
(slow-work.ko).

What version of the product are you using?
0.4.7

Which Android phone are you using?
Xperia Arc

Which firmware version are you using?
Stock 2.3.3

Please provide any additional information below.

It works if I load slow-work.ko before starting up the connection.

For now, I have to resort to GScript to bring the interface up / down, but I 
would like to use Open VPN Settings as it is more comfortable.
