Bootstrap plugin fails #28

Looks like the bootstrap url throws a 404 so the plgin fails to install.

Twitter bootstrap has been updated since when I created this plugin. There are additional files you can use from their repository such as bootstrap-responsive.css so it's probably best to go through there to see what else you might want/need.
