Here is the PR298 branch with the most recent gamma-ray related changes to the analyser. The main changes are the add-back stuff, and adding a gamma time window input into the config file for this. Other changes include adding a Y1 offset correction. I made this branch in my forked version of the k600analyser repo.

Edit: I closed the previous pull request because it was to merge the PR251 branch with PR298 changes. The k600analyser repo didn't have a PR298 branch yet.

I'm working on this, btw. There are merge conflicts and I'm on a new laptop so I'm having to get the analyser compiled again.

Ah I think the duplication was from when I was editing it for the Y1 offsets and didn't push the final "clean up" changes then.
