Reftimes array dynamic allocation #78

The problem with bad silicon times during the last run for the analyser on Arthur (and only on arthur and not on Retief's computer) was due to the reftimes array being size 7 not 8.

This must be changed so that this has the right size which is set automatically when the number of TDC modules is set.

This was done as part of the clean-up of f-plane.c in issue #72.
