This was a suggestion from Lee.

I'm going to leave it as an open issue just in case someone wants to work on it in the future.

My opinion: not now. Lets focus on getting the basics in place Anyway, there are currently some config type info in the odb and the config file. If we now add sql then it will just become messy

That seems reasonable. I'm also hesitant to try to make the config file generation something with minimal user input as most of the time, making a code into a black box results in subtle and hidden errors.
