Error migrating issues. Project: void-impl

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Go to Export to GitHub
2. Enter project name: void-impl
3. Wait for email with error message to arrive: "The error is as follows: 
Project: void-impl Error migrating issues."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect all 109 issues to make it over to GitHub. I tried this a few times. 
Only some apparently random number of issues (30-50) are created on the new 
GitHub repository.

The latest attempt (with only 39 issues successfully migrated) is here:

Dumping all "error migrating issues" bugs to #88 for tracking purposes.

There are some reliability problems while migrating individual issues. And the 
more issues a project has, the more likely an individual issue migration will 
fail, causing the entire migration to be aborted.

You can safely delete the GitHub repo and retry the migration.
