Request: Add py-autopep8.el to MELPA #2

Have you considered adding the package to Melpa?

It would be handy to install py-autopep8.el through package.el.

py-autopep8's recipe is now merged into MELPA. https://github.com/milkypostman/melpa/pull/1515 In a little while it will be available to install it with package.el
