Similar to issue #40 the extra TTY records generate IndexError

# hostname;interval;timestamp;TTY;rcvin/s;xmtin/s;framerr/s;prtyerr/s;brk/s;ovrun/s

Sorry, to be more specific, this one only occurs with the minimal sa1 collection example in the man page (headers shown in #40). Thanks!
