Installing org.eclipse.wst.sse.ui on eclipse 3.7.2 #160

How do I install org.eclipse.wst.sse.ui plugin into my version of eclipse.
I tried the Help > software update and it said I was up to date. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using eclipse 3.7.2 on a machine running Ubuntu 10.04.

Please provide any additional information below.

I may have solved the problem. I ran eclipse in supervisor mode and then
was able to successfully install the plugin.
