With current constraints and assumptions discovered, conduct literature review to find how to address the constraints and assumptions to have a reality-based model

Still in progress. Since I get the access to the ferries data, will also have available data fields in consideration to see if we can include additional information by feature engineering.

Get the most part done, still working on resistance calculation - no longer working on resistance, not prioritize goal.
